COMMON QUESTIONS
What exactly is covered?
Your first bottle of every wine we make. So if you try Forget Napa Cab and don't love it — refund. Later you try Better Than Sauvy B and don't love that either — also refund. Each wine gets one risk-free try.
Do I have to send the bottle back?
No. Keep it. Give it to someone. Cook with it. We're not going to make you pack up a wine bottle and take it to FedEx. That's absurd.
Is there a time limit?
No. Take your time. Drink it with dinner, with friends, on a Tuesday at 9pm in your kitchen. Whenever you get around to it. If you don't love it, email us.
Who do I email?

What if I ordered a case and don't like it?
The guarantee covers your first bottle of each wine. If you ordered a 12-pack of the same wine and don't love it, we'll refund the cost of one bottle. We think that's fair — and it's still more than anyone else in the industry offers.
How long does the refund take?
We process it the day you email us. Depending on your bank or credit card, it shows up in 1-5 business days.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. We genuinely believe our wines are better than what you're currently drinking at the same price. If we're wrong, we pay for it. That's the whole business model.
Why don't other wine brands do this?
Because most wine sellers buy bottles from other producers and resell them. They can't stand behind quality they didn't control. We work directly with our winemakers. We know exactly what's in every bottle because we were there when it was made. That's why we can make this promise and they can't.
