Sourced from vineyards in the St Helena region of Napa Valley, benefiting from warm days and cool nights that enhance the development of Sauvignon Blanc's aromatic profile.
The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh, vibrant character. The wine contains 93% Sauvignon Blanc and 7% Semillon, in a White Bordeaux style. The Semillon was fermented and aged in neutral oak, then blended.
This Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of tropical fruits and citrus. On the palate, flavors of passion fruit and grapefruit are complemented by a zesty acidity, leading to a refreshing finish.

He maintains relationships with mom and pop winemakers who make good stuff, then goes through a mental map of what resources he has at his disposal to make the wines even more beautiful. Then he does that.
He loves wines in the style of Bordeaux, and tells us that this one smells like white figs. It hails from an awesome part of Napa called St Helena.
