The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh, vibrant character. The wine contains 93% Sauvignon Blanc and 7% Semillon, in a White Bordeaux style. The Semillon was fermented and aged in neutral oak, then blended.

This Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of tropical fruits and citrus. On the palate, flavors of passion fruit and grapefruit are complemented by a zesty acidity, leading to a refreshing finish.
